Jacana Villa is a beautiful 5 bedroom house. Upon entering the villa you are greeted with a great sense of openness-- you have the main living area, kitchen, and dining room, which are centered around a beautiful, custom-made swimming pool and terrace overlooking the surrounding rain forest and coastline. A combination of exotic, warm, wooden furniture, contemporary lighting fixtures, rich fabrics, and other ethnic accessories produce a subtly luxurious effect. The ocean views from this villa gaze upon the miles of Pacific coastline into the neighboring town of Quepos. Clean, modern architectural lines and large picture windows create a bright and airy ambiance, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors. The furnished, western-style kitchen is complete with all the modern appliances (large refrigerator, gas stove and oven) and amenities (an ice maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates and glasses) you will need to cook your favorite Costa Rican meals and brew the best coffee in the world. Entertain your family and friends with your barbecue on the terrace... grill up your catch of the day! Sliding glass doors adjacent to the living room serve as an independent entrance to the beautifully-tiled pool and full deck. Between the 5 hospitable bedrooms (2-King in the master bedroom, 2-Queen, 1-Double and 2-Single beds) and 4200 square feet of living space, the villa can comfortably rest 10-12 of your closest amigos. The spacious, king-size master bedroom with its ornate, tiled bathroom has floor and ceiling fans, as well as a jacuzzi for you to unwind and indulge your senses. In the evenings, there are magnificent sunset views from both the main and second levels. Aside from the two main levels are two additional floors which host the second and third bedrooms (each with A/C), 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette with a toaster, and compact fridge. These lower two levels have their own entrance and can be utilized as a separate private apartment unit. Amenities in the Jacana include telephone, cable TV, ceiling fans, parking area, maid service, linens and bathroom towels. This is simply a place where worries take an extended vacation...

Quepos, located at a walking distance from Manuel Antonio Estates, is a busy little town with many Ticos working hard to take care of our international visitors. It has the local conveniences for your everyday needs, just like home: Internet cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, boutiques, taxis, bars and restaurants. Centrally located is the affordable and convenient bus station to transport you in and out of Manuel Antonio and adjacent towns.
