The apartment building is situated in the plush locality of Candolim and Calangute, famous for its serene yet upmarket ambience. Candolim boasts of a classy atmosphere with a chain of famous nightclubs, hotels, spa and salons, departmental stores, shopping malls, travel agencies, villas of the rich and famous and a picturesque beach. The building is fringed with greenery and has restaurants, salons, grocer's and other utility stores on its ground floor level, yet exudes a calming effect, away from the din of a metro city.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor,well lit, well ventilated, with 24/7 water supply and is fully furnished. It has a spacious and airy hall cum dining area, kitchen with all amenities, two western style bathrooms, two well ventilated bedrooms and two open balconies. It can easily accomodate four adults and four children; two more persons can be accomodated in the hall area. 2 bedrooms air conditioned.

The beach is 300 meters walk away ( 5 minutes apprx. ) and the famous Baga, Vagator, Anjuna beaches are just few minutes drive away. The capital city of Goa, Panjim, is 10-15 km from our apartment. Fort Aguada, the famous Portuguese monument, is just 3-4 km away.Availability of regular items and consumer goods is convenient, as the area has all modern amenities within walking distance.

Shopping- Newtons, Fab India, Acron Arcade, Calangute Mall, Candolim market etc.

Dining and Clubbing- Poison Night Club,Butter Lounge, Stone House, Fisherman's Cove, A Reverie, Little Italy, Bob's Inn etc

Religious and Cultural- Fort Aguada, Shantadurga Temple, Candolim and Calangute Churches.

4] Bedrooms- Each have a comfortable king size double bed with mattress and pillows, fresh linen, a bedside table, table lamp, a double door wardrobe,curtain, high speed fan and lights. Both open to a private balcony and one bedroom has en suite bathroom while the other has bathroom right next to it (facing entrance door). Both bedrooms have AC.

5] Balconies- Deck chairs and light shades, unique view from both.

High speed internet ( 24/7 unlimited wireless) and housekeeping available on prior request and deposit ( for long term rental only).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can either be prepared by guests at the fully equipped kitchen or ordered at the restaurant situated on the ground floor of the same building. Home delivery is offered in many local restaurants too.
