Spaciously designed and professionally decorated, you will be delighted to vacation in your upscale beach house.
Ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, upscale kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless appliances, plus one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. A large master suite with a King bed and adjoining bath plus a King guest room with bath and extra trundle bed are found on the second floor. A second master suite with Queen, adjoining bath and wet bar is located on the top floor. Views of the huge tropical community pool complete with palm trees and fountains and views of the Gulf of Mexico are enjoyed from upper decks.
Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or take advantage of the free shuttle service available during peak season. Enjoy the nearby shops and Restaurants at Rosemary Beach and the Village of South Walton-right next door. Parking for four cars. A 7-night minimum stay is usually required during spring break and summer. Smoking is not permitted. Some dogs 25 pounds and less may be allowed for an additional $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee.
