Please note that Easton's Beach has seaweed that travels the beach with the tides. After heavy rainstorms, many beaches in Newport may be closed. Middletown's Beaches will be open and are 1/2 to 1 mile away.

For the comfort of our guests Smoking and Pets are not allowed Security/cleaning deposit $1000 from which all move out cleaning and linen laundering charges are deducted. This home is on a beachfront compound that has two additional 4 bedroom homes available for rent.
