A beautiful gulf front condo at exclusive Cape Marco on Marco Island.

This front unit condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1936 square feet. As you walk through the front door of our condo home, you will see magnificent views of the ocean, the barrier islands and Caxambas Pass. It is not uncommon to watch manatees, dolphins and other wildlife from the lanai. So that you can view the wildlife up close, we provide a telescope and binoculars.

Several miles of Marco Island's famous crescent shaped beach are just a few steps away with access from a private path along the ocean. There is a pool (a few feet from the gulf), on-site fishing pier (yes, you actually can catch fish from the pier), Hard Tru tennis courts, workout room, covered parking and security at the gated entry. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit and it is very well appointed and clean. This condo is not your typical rental since we use this condo as a second home. Our cond is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We want you to enjoy our condo as much as we do.

For the traveling executive, we offer a desk in the master bedroom, free high speed wi-fi, fax machine, and printer/copier and answering machine. We also offer premium cable channels. For the kids, we have a Wii with games!! There is also a stereo complete with Ipod docking station. We also provide family games, dvd's, cd's, books, cross word puzzles, soduko games, etc.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed, ensuite bath, private entrance to the lanai, tv, dvd player, ceiling fan, alarm clock and desk. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, dvd player, ceiling fan, and alarm clock. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, dvd player, ceiling fan, and alarm clock. There is plenty of closet space in each bedroom.
